What to expect on your first visit to Revive Regenerative Medical Group
- As you arrive for your first appointment, you will be greeted and seen by our Director of Patient Care. Your journey to wellness begins with a consultation to discuss your completed new patient paperwork, history, wellness goals, and insurance if any. At Revive Regenerative Medical Group, we believe education is important to understand one’s health, so we will go over who we are and what we do along with services offered at Revive Regenerative Medical Group and its affiliates.
- Once your consultation is completed, the Director of Patient Care will introduce you to one of the Revive Doctors for an Exam and X-rays (if needed). Depending on the reason for your visit, blood may be drawn. If the doctors notice positive findings, your exam and X-rays will need to be reviewed by our team and which point you will need to return for a future appointment.
- Next step: A appointment will be made called ROF (Report of Findings). You and your spouse or significant other will meet with the Director of patient care. He/She will review with you any positive findings from the doctor and a prescribed treatment plan to address and treat your condition if any. We ask that your spouse or anyone who helps you make financial decisions attend your ROF appointment. We have found when getting diagnoses or going over treatment plans having someone to consult with makes your decision easier.
Expedite Your Check-In
Save time in the waiting room by downloading new patient forms online, filling the forms out at home, and then bringing the forms in with you at the time of your appointment. Another way to expedite your check-in is to contact us to find out if your insurance covers your appointment. If you do not have health insurance, don't worry!
